Oh MY!!!!!!!! I am yelling for Benjamin to come look...we did this all day yesterday watching ours...but I didn't get a good picture. We only had a female and loved hearing her wings flapping...too much fun.
We also have a jar of caterpillars from the garden...eating my parley...they will be the most beautiful butterflies...we are so enjoying watching them in the jar.

Wow! You caught a picture of a hummingbird..congrats! These are beautiful photos! I love the look of your blog now too. Sorry, I haven't been by in awhile but it's very attractive. Great job on that too!
I was just thinking today that I needed to take the screen out of the kitchen window so that we could get some pictures of our hummingbirds. They have gotten quite brave....even flying around my dad and feeding at the feeder while he was grilling. They are beautiful birds!

Lovely! My hummingbirds are back too--although I'm not in ruby-throat country. I have rufouses and calliopes instead. :)
