Does our home say welcome? Do people feel relaxed? Do they feel like family? I listen for sighs of letting down... that thrills my heart! I know the cares of their world are coming off just for a moment. Laughter, fellowship, and food are shared. Lord, may we have the opportunity to open the door more and share our home and hearts. But, Lord most of all may our visitors sense Your presence.

I have wonderful memories of being in your home. One with the kids playing in the pool and us in your kitchen cooking supper and then making no bake cookies and the soothing conversation together. Can I say that I miss you and the time that we had together even though it was brief God gave me a gift of you as a friend for life. Miss you sweet sister.
